Vincent Githaiga is currently the Managing Partner of the firm tasked with the overall
management of the firm as well as clients’ care.
Vincent is currently serving as a Council Member of the National Law Society of Kenya
representing advocates practicing upcountry a position he has held since 2022 to date.
He is a member of the Commonwealth Bar Association and East African Law Society. He is also
a life member of the Kenya Red Cross. He is the legal advisor to the Catholic Diocese of Eldoret.
He is a certified legal and compliance auditor, and expert in governance audit and a faculty
member of the trial advocacy training institute.
He has 8 years post admission to the Bar experience and has been in active practice of law all his
career life. He has a strong bias towards litigation and arbitration practice.
He will be the link between the firm and your esteemed company in all assignments but may
delegate the same to the partners and or associates if a need for the same arises.
Vincent’s areas of expertise are as follows;

b. Advisories and legal opinions on tortuous claims including but not limited to road traffic
accident and WIBA cases.

He has been engaged by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Elections Commission and
successfully defended 3 parliamentary election petitions in 2017, was also in the team of
researchers who represented the commission in the two Presidential Petitions in the same year
and in 2022, he successfully handled two IEBC petitions.
He has also represented several county governments and parastatals as well as insurance
companies including Intra Africa Assurance Company Limited, Madison General Insurance
(K) Limited among others.
He is described by his colleagues as a skilled court room lawyer, an astute researcher and with
laudable interpersonal and intra personal skills.

Judith is a principal associate in the firm and poised for partnership in 6 months’ time. She
attended Moi University School of Law and graduated in the year 2014. She thereafter proceeded
to the Kenya School of law where she attained a post graduate diploma after successfully
undertaking an advocates training programme.
She was admitted to the Bar in 2020 and has been previously engaged at Kibichiy & Co. Advocates
in its offices, Birir & Co. Advocates in Mombasa, Magare Musundi & Co. Advocates as well as
senior legal officer at Josim Consultium Company Limited.
